Job description

Responsibilities:

Conducting recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Managing employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Handling employee relations, addressing concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution.
Coordinating performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Managing benefits administration and assisting employees with inquiries.
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data confidentiality.
Facilitating training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Conducting HR audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in human resources roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
Knowledge of best practices in HR and a commitment to professional development.
