Responsibilities
Managing the team target as well as the individual target of team members. Represent the team and
Conference calls with Clusters.
. Worked on Service Now ticketing tool and managed high volume calls.
. Have ITIL framework knowledge and delivered IT services to our clients.
. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures relating to Windows Operating Systems,
Windows networking and troubleshooting Windows network environments.
. Escalate issues in a timely manner according to Standard Operating Procedures .
. Leverage internal technical expertise, including peers, mentors, knowledge base, community forums and
other internal tools, to provide the most effective solutions to customer issues.
. Participate in technical communications within the Technical Support Team to share best practices and
learn about new technologies.
