Your Day-to-Day
•Lead & Innovate: Spearhead the development, testing, and deployment of robust RPA solutions through UiPath, focusing on Document Understanding.
• Collaborate: Work in tandem with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable automation solutions.
• Strategize: Identify opportunities for automation enhancement, ensuring processes are optimized, scalable, and sustainable.
• Guide: Mentor junior developers and stakeholders, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.

Your Technical Toolkit
• UiPath Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath, with a particular emphasis on Document Understanding.
• Automation Development: Strong background in automating complex processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and business-aligned.
• API and Integrations: Proficient in utilizing APIs to facilitate integrations between UiPath and various systems.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing RPA solutions, with at least 3 years focusing on UiPath.
• Solid experience with Document Understanding in UiPath, utilizing OCR, Machine Learning, and NLP technologies.
• Recognizable certifications in UiPath, such as UiPath Advanced Developer Certification, UiPath Document Understanding Certification, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
Desired Skills
• Proficient understanding of cloud technologies, like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in RPA development and UiPath best use cases.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages, such as Python or C#.
