Job description

Are you a communication enthusiast with a passion for customer support and technology We are looking for a dedicated Intercom Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in helping customers, solving problems, and enhancing user experience through the powerful features of Intercom.

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Education: Computer science or related fields

Notice Period: 15 days or less

Location: Coimbatore

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer support via Intercom, handling inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a positive experience for all users
• Utilize Intercom's full suite of features to manage conversations, automate workflows, and personalize user interactions
• Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to improve response times and satisfaction rates
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to report bugs, suggest improvements, and keep the knowledge base up-to-date
• Own technical customer issues including reporting and resolving inquiries about Beamer platform
• Develop and optimize automated messaging campaigns to educate users about new features and best practices
• Lead onboarding sessions and webinars to help new users get the most out of our product

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in Product Support (Technical)
• Knowledge of Javascript/Typescript & DOM is a must
• Willing to work in any US shift (EST/CST/MST/PST)
• Fluent English, both written and oral
• Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems
• Ability to answer product and technical questions
• Experience with APIs, email infrastructure, DNS,HTML,CSS, and/ or JavaScript
• Nice to have previous experience in a B2B technical support role at a SaaS company
