Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for an Assistant Area Sales Manager role. The Assistant Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Assistant Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to the sales team and maintaining accurate sales records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, paints or chemical industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good team management and leadership skills
• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

• Knowledge of construction chemicals, paints and floor coatings
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to speak Hindi, English and Marathi.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience

3-5 Yrs of Experience in Pune markets preferably in projects sales.
