Job description
● Ensure the PR & PO process for any Non- BOM items
● Planning of OpEx budgets and reporting to management for the month on month spending
● Planning and co-ordinate with leads and planning of workforce for new projects and serial life activities
● Planning and deploying of required workforce of operations...
● Reporting and maintaining of team's KPI,Audits records, and employee data base.
● Periodical review with service provider management for efficiency improvement
● Keep Auditable Documents in the revised formats – as per standard requirement
● Coordinate for Internal /External audits ( EH&S/QMS/IATF)
● Implementing sustainable logistics strategies to improve process and cost excellence.
● Manage applicable sections of the Safety, Quality and Environment Policy of the site.
● Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
● Implement lean methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
● Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and overall operational efficiency.
● Preparing key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess and report on team and process performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive project success
Qualifications - External
● Knowledge of the warehouse and logistics process
● Influencing skills and stakeholder management
Experience: 3-6 Years
