Role/ Job Title: Area Insurance Manager-Rural.
Function/ Department: Wealth Management,
Job Purpose:
The Zonal Branch Efficiency Manager is responsible for managing and driving efficiency initiatives across a designated zone of branches within the bank. This position will play a critical role in optimizing branch performance, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the bank's strategic goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review of Product Mix, PPT Mix (> 75%).
- Review of ATS (>80000).
- Internal stakeholder Management of each channel.
- ARM-L, ARM-CA, BRM, RM-RI, RM-BB/ RM-BB CA, etc.
- Act % in each channel (Min 60%) (Review Loyalty Index % each month).
- ATS, Product / PPT Mix % (periodic activity to highlight for each vertical / cluster / Branch.
- Review Branch Productivity & @ resource level / vertical level in each cluster.
- SP Licensing tracking.
- Monthly progress review on all input metrics with BMs/CHs/SH.
- Track HO initiatives esp Lead tracker, Campaigns if any,
- Mandatory Training intervention monthly basis on concept / product / campaign etc. with all verticals (min 4 / month).
- External Stakeholder Management.
- Sales hierarchy review at the regional level of LI, GI, HI Co's - Monthly.
- Review of Productivity, Act % and other important metrics in alignment with Bank KPIs - Monthly.
- Product / PPT mix monitoring in alignment with WRP weightages.
- Review of Monthly Joint calls and share feedback / views with Internal stakeholders.
- Review of Claims across product lines with each partner across regions.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any
Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the Insurance.
