Job description
We are in search of a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as a CRM Lead with a background in marketing. As the CRM Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship management strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: 1. CRM Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals and objectives.
2. Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize customer data to segment audiences and create targeted campaigns for improved personalization and effectiveness.
3. Email Marketing: Oversee the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails.
4. Automation: Implement and optimize CRM automation processes to streamline communication and engagement workflows.
5. Customer Lifecycle Management: Develop strategies to manage the customer lifecycle effectively, from onboarding to retention and re-engagement.
6. Data Analysis: Leverage analytics tools to analyse customer behaviour, preferences, and engagement metrics. Translate insights into actionable strategies.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies.
8. Personalization: Implement personalization tactics to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty.
9. Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop to gather insights from customers and use feedback to enhance CRM strategies continually.
Requirements: 1. A minimum of 4 years of experience is a prerequisite for this position.
2. Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
3. Proven experience as a CRM Lead or in a similar role, with a background in marketing.
4. Expertise in CRM tools and platforms.
5. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
6. Experience in planning and executing effective email marketing campaigns.
7. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret customer data.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Up-to-date knowledge of CRM trends and best practices.
