Manage executives' calendars, schedule appointments, and set up meetings, ensuring all arrangements are made in a timely and efficient manner.
·Coordinate and arrange travel plans and accommodations for executives as needed.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and other events, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Experience in making presentations and familiarity with presentation software such as PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Assist in managing information flow within the organization, ensuring that executives have access to relevant information promptly and accurately.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records, ensuring confidentiality and security of information.
Provide general administrative support to executives as needed, including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management, Graduate from any stream or related field preferred.
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably supporting executives or senior management.
Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
