Consulting the customer and Roche colleagues in choosing the best-automated solution.
Participate in challenging project teams to achieve the best solution together with the customers.
Implementing, testing and troubleshooting the Roche Workflow portfolio and linking instruments at our customer sites. With focus on the pre-post analytic and middleware applications.
Ensuring relevant product training for customers and colleagues.
Being an enthusiastic team player within the Customer Care Workflow & IT expertise team.
This is the kind of expertise and experience you bring:
High level knowledge of pre-post analytic applications and laboratory workflow.
Knowledge of and affinity with middleware systems used within diagnostics. Preferably Roche middleware.
Experience and affinity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
Good knowledge of the Dutch (or willing to learn) and English language in word and writing
