Job Title: Structural Engineer (2-Year Experience) & Structural Engineer Trainee (Freshers)

Structural Engineer (2-Year Experience):
Job Description:
As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, and evaluation of various structural systems across a wide range of RCC and steel structure projects. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
Performing structural analysis using industry-standard software ( Etabs, Staad Pro etc) and methodologies.
Designing structural components and systems in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
Preparing engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
Reviewing project drawings and documents for accuracy and compliance with design requirements.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
Participating in project meetings and client presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Staad Pro).
Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Structural Engineer Trainee (Freshers):
Job Description:
As a Structural Engineer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting senior engineers with structural analysis, design, and evaluation tasks.
Participating in project meetings and site visits.
Conducting research and analysis to support engineering projects.
Learning and applying industry-standard software and methodologies.
Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Participating in training programs and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
