HIRING OF SALES AND SERVICE ENGINEER - ELECTRIC VEHICLES

JOB LOCATION : Guwahati , Assam

SALARY : 2 lakh per Annum

EXPERIENCE : Minimum 01 year Experience as a Service engineer in Automobile Industry .

QUALIFICATION : Diploma / ITI in Electric /Mechanical /Automobile
Job Description:
- Analyzing the technical complaints of the vehicle in the field.
-Rectifying defects in vehicles / overhaul aggregates.
-Handling Warranty claims & Approvals.
- Ensure implementation of service process at channel partners. –
- Development of secondary channel. • Feedback on companies as well as competitors' products. • Training of service Supervisors, GET & Technicians.
- Work out special service support for strategic customers (B2B) with channel partners.
- Interpersonal skills also campaign arrangement. • Execution of spare parts order by all channel partners for sufficient inventory & for meeting spare parts target.
- Guiding channel partners for manpower/facilities/equipment optimization.
- Ensuring profitability of workshops of channel partners.
- MIS on service. • Communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team working skills
- Spare parts inventory management
- Local Mechanic meeting.
