Job description
We are looking for a project manager for Wipro HCM implementation project. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risks. The role holder will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, manage project resources, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project objectives, scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Track and report on project progress, performance, and issues.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
- Communicate and collaborate with project team, implementation partner, and vendors.
- Set up governance mechanisms to track progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Around 10 years of experience with at least two years of Project Management experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision making.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, PMCP)
