Job Title: Director/ Sr. Director Hindi Business - Marketing

Overview As Director/ Sr. Director Hindi Business will spearhead marketing strategies to drive growth and
enhance Kuku FMs position as the leading audio entertainment service. You will provide
leadership and direction for the marketing team, ensuring alignment with the company's mission
and other departments.
Key Responsibilities - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand
awareness (both platform and individual content IP) and subscriber growth.
- Subscriber Acquisition: Drive strategies for subscriber acquisition, retention, and
reactivation campaigns.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing department's budget, ensuring
cost-effective marketing strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and customer insights to guide
marketing decisions, continually optimizing for performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, especially Content, Product,
and Finance, to ensure marketing alignment with broader company objectives.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring and implementing new marketing
technologies and strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead the marketing team, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and
pathways for professional growth.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee the selection and management of marketing
agencies and third-party vendors.
Qualifications - 7 to 12 years in marketing with a proven track record in senior marketing roles,
preferably in the entertainment or consumer tech industries.
- Strong understanding of Meta, Google app ad campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Leading Large, Diverse Teams. - Proficiency in data analytics tools and understanding of performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a focus on achieving business results.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in marketing, digital
marketing, and media.
