Document Verification:

Thoroughly review and verify candidate documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Conduct background checks and validate information provided by candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate documentation.

Onboarding Process:

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, guiding them through the necessary paperwork and documentation.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.Provide orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with candidates to collect required documentation and provide clear instructions on the onboarding process.

Liaise with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information for documentation.

Compliance:

Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to document verification and onboarding.

Ensure that onboarding processes align with legal and compliance standards.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical records of candidate documents.

Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) for efficient data management.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to candidate documentation promptly and professionally.Collaborate with the HR team to troubleshoot and improve document verification and onboarding processes.
