Roles & responsibilities: Analytical Skills -
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Proficiency in using statistical and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools. Financial Modelling - Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Data Management - Familiarity with databases and data warehousing concepts. Business Acumen - Deep understanding of business operations and financial principles. Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights. Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Problem-Solving Skills - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to identify financial issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions. Team Collaboration - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations. Educational Background Primary Requirements – Must have MBA in Finance/ Business Analytics (Full-time) from Tier 1/ Tier 2 institute Work Experience Proven track record with at least 7-9 years of experience in finance and business analytics roles.
