Job description
Responsibilities:
• Accounting and book-keeping on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and financial year basis
• Invoice Verification and Invoice Booking
• Preparation of Vendor payments and accurate posting of the same in accounting systems should be able to do
Finalization work independently.
• Invoicing of receivables & passing all the accounting entries
• Provisioning of receivables/ payables
• Monthly / Quarterly / Periodical / Need based MIS reports preparations & addressing management queries /
clarifications
• Tracking of Budget Vs Actuals
• Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data
Key Skills:
• Must be well versed with bookkeeping and accounting
• Able to book Income and Expenses
• Critical Thinking Skills
• Ability to Prepare Financial Statements
• Able to give MIS reports to management
• Well-versed with MS Excel
• From Service Industry
• Accounts Graduate/PG
