Candidate will be responsible for dealing with clients (HNI & Super HNI)
Advising HNI clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients.
Track HNI & Super HNI Client segment in the market for new client acquisition.
Manage sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities
Take a lead role in developing newbusiness proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking cold calling using referrals etc.
Identify trends and customer needs building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
Develop strategies and positions by analyzing newventure integration
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
Motivate the team track performance and report metrics
Bring out the best of branch s personnel by providing training coaching development and motivation
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunistic summary of what your company does
