What We’re Looking For Sennovate is actively seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual for the role of Human Resources Manager. We are looking for an HR manager with strong leadership skills to optimize our end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement as an HR business partner. Run a seamless Human Resources department, overseeing the hiring and onboarding of employees. Fully committed to embracing the work environment at our Coimbatore office and connecting with global employees We are open to hiring for potential if the person demonstrates it Requirements Over 10+ years of experience in Human Resources Management, specializing in Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management. Background or a keen interest in Information Technology and/or Cyber Security domains. Preferably holds a Master's degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resources. Proficient communicator skilled in written, verbal, and visual communication. Demonstrated expertise in Information Technology Recruitment. Adept at conducting recruitments through personal relationships, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sources. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, particularly through social channels. Willingness to tackle challenges possess an innovative mindset, task optimization ability, and self-motivation with a positive attitude. Creative and out-of-the-box thinker, willing to go to any extent to ensure a job is done excellently. Detail-oriented and knowledgeable in HR legal compliance.
