Job Title: HR Executive

Department: Human Resources

Job Overview:

The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the human resources department, supporting various HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role involves managing HR activities, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and supporting employees in various HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Employee Relations:

Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.

HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters.

Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Performance Management:

Support performance appraisal processes and assist in the development of performance improvement plans.

Work with managers to address performance-related issues.

Training and Development:

Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Identify training needs and assist in the development of training plans.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update HR policies accordingly.

Benefits Administration:

Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.

Communicate benefits information to employees and address queries.

HR Reporting:

Generate HR reports as needed for management.

Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
