Collaborate with Project Managers and Design teams to comprehend project requirements, schedules, and quality expectations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including daily progress reports, materials usage, labor hours, and site conditions.
Address and resolve any on-site issues, delays, and obstacles promptly to minimize project disruptions.
Manage the procurement and delivery of construction materials, coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability.
Provide guidance and training to site personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless integration of various project elements.
Foster a culture of safety on-site, conducting regular safety meetings, and promoting safe work practices among the team.
Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in interior contracting or construction projects.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques in interior works.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide on-site personnel.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
