Job Description:
Join the Xiaomi India IT product team as an Assistant Product Manager, where you'll be a key player in driving the success of our sales, service, and operational products.
Responsibilities:
. Lead the product vision and strategy by developing innovative features.
. Define detailed product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams including business, design, R&D, and analytics.
. Translate business requirements into actionable technical projects.
. Assist engineering teams in determining optimal technical implementation methods.
. Take ownership of customer/stakeholder engagement for major product issues.
. Monitor and track product usage and adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
. Over 2 years of experience in product management within Internet companies.
. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
. Exceptional problem-solving skills based on first principles thinking.
. Good understanding of technology, with comfort in product management processes such as writing product requirement documents, creating user guides, product wireframe creation, providing product demos, and creating roadmaps.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across different functions and drive product development.
. Engineering graduate with an MBA from a Tier 1 Campus preferred.
