Job description
We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Cloud Architect with a robust background in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and compliant cloud solutions within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, a strong foundation in .NET or Java development, and expertise in healthcare IT systems. The candidate should also be certified in relevant cloud technologies and have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with cloud services.
Preferred: Certification in relevant cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Healthcare Solution Design:
o Architect and implement cloud-based solutions tailored to the unique requirements of the healthcare industry.
o Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Technology Expertise:
o Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on best practices for cloud-native healthcare application design.
o Demonstrate expertise in .NET or Java development to guide and support healthcare application teams.
• Data Architecture for Healthcare:
o Design and implement secure and compliant data architectures for healthcare data storage, processing, and analytics.
o Collaborate with healthcare data teams to optimize data workflows and ensure data integrity.
• Cloud Platform Management in Healthcare:
o Have a deep understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, with a focus on healthcare-specific services.
o Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, considering healthcare-specific compliance requirements.
Security and Compliance in Healthcare:
o Implement and enforce security best practices specific to healthcare IT.
o Ensure healthcare compliance with industry standards and regulations, including HIPAA.
• Continuous Improvement in Healthcare IT:
o Stay informed about the latest healthcare IT and cloud technologies and trends.
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare cloud solutions.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
o 10+ years of experience in IT with a focus on healthcare cloud architecture.
o Extensive experience in .NET or Java development.
o Strong background in healthcare IT systems and compliance, including knowledge of HIPAA.
o Proven experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Notes
