Location: We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, London, and Gurgaon. We welcome you to work in any of our offices, but you also have the opportunity to work from home. This position will be hybrid out of our office in Gurgaon.
About the role: Reporting into the VP/Creative, the Executive Producer/Streaming TV works closely with their counterparts in the US to produce current programming for FailArmy, The Pet Collective and At Home with Family Handyman streaming platforms. A dynamic and highly collaborative leader, they set a high bar for creative quality and have a strong track record inspiring, motivating and driving high-performance teams to create video content that delivers against aggressive business goals.

Your day-to-day: (aka Responsibilities)
- Work with the VP/Creative, and the US-based Chief Content Officer/Video & Production and Streaming Executive Producers on a slate of formats and half-hour episodes for TMB’s streaming platforms
- Collaborate closely with the U.S-based team to ensure formats transitioned to your team meet the established quality standards
- Manage a team of producers and provide them with ongoing notes and feedback to improve the quality of their work and bring efficiency to the workflow
- Step in on the team’s production to provide support and troubleshoot any challenges that arise in achieving deadlines
- Seek production solutions that support the larger team and company vision, financial objectives, and creative needs
- Participate in quarterly brainstorming sessions with teams in the US to ideate new show formats
- Work closely with internal and external executive producers, producer, editors and production management personnel to ensure creative vision and delivery of all shows
- Play an active role in building creative culture among the team and within the Gurgaon office
You have: (aka Qualifications)
- A bachelor’s degree in filmmaking, journalism, English or communications
- 7+ years in a current programming role, preferably with a streaming television production house or media company
- Proven track record managing a team of high-performing producers
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the television, social, digital and streaming TV landscapes
- Strong written and interpersonal communications skills
- Passion for creating entertaining video formats for streaming TV
- Ability to effectively collaborate across teams and the confidence to work with staff at all levels of the organization
- A healthy ego and the self-confidence to receive and process constructive feedback
- Personality profile to fit into a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture that requires teamwork and significant interaction with employees at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile growth environment where you will get your hands into the details
