Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- Experience in quality assurance and quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other civil engineering software.
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage and supervise all site civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of civil engineering projects.
- Perform feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability and identify potential risks.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules.
- Oversee the construction of roads and other civil infrastructure, ensuring adherence to specifications and regulations.
- Monitor the progress of projects, conduct regular site inspections, and report on project status.
- Coordinate with external agencies for necessary approvals and permits.
- Manage and resolve any technical issues or challenges encountered during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable construction practices.
- Conduct quality control and assurance checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team and contractors.
