Job Requirement
Warehouse Management:
Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory.
Learn and implement best practices for warehouse organization.
Collaborate with the team to optimize space utilization and efficiency.
Dispatch Management:
Gain insights into the dispatch process, including order processing and logistics.
Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
Customer Support:
Interact with customers to address inquiries and provide support.
Assist in resolving customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Learn and adhere to customer service policies and procedures.
Material Inward:
Participate in the material inward process, including inspection and documentation.
Collaborate with the procurement team to understand quality standards.
Contribute to maintaining accurate records of incoming materials.
Technical Service Exposure:
Receive hands-on training in technical service operations.
Work on troubleshooting and problem-solving related to technical issues.
Collaborate with experienced technicians to enhance technical skills.
