Roles and responsibilities : - Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones. - Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc. - Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell suitable protection plans. - Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution. - Ensuring good sales behavior, sales ethics and good sales practices according to the regulator and the company. - Achieving preset sales targets and VNB, NOP, Advisor activation, Manager Activation. - Making joint calls with Unit managers and Advisors - Grooming of Unit Managers and Advisors Candidate Requirement : Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
