Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Noida, Kota

Job Overview:

Unacademy is seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join its Inside Sales team for offline centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue generation through effective communication, relationship building, and sales strategies.

Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. You will primarily engage with potential clients via telephone, email, and online platforms, utilizing effective communication and sales techniques to foster meaningful relationships and drive business growth. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest. Qualify leads and assess client needs through effective questioning and active listening. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and update client information. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and potential challenges. Provide timely and detailed feedback to the sales manager regarding sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or telemarketing role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach to building relationships and resolving issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections. Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices is desirable.
