Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Manager. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day receptionist duties, ensuring high customer satisfaction, handling reservations, and maintaining effective communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in managing receptionist duties
• Ability to handle reservations and answer customer inquiries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
