Job Description :We are recruiting for one of Our Top UK Based MNC Client .Genesys with Composer & GA/GAX experience.Location : PuneExp : 5-15 YearsNotice :Keep immediate to 30/45 daysJD :- Genesys Core Infra SME - Routing application development for building workflows and callflows using composer. - Creation and use of Transaction Lists and OPMs. - Agent Desktop application configuration using WDE. - GMS application configuration and development. - Working knowledge using Front ends like GA and GAX. - Troubleshooting skills and well experienced to analyze logs of various applications like SIP, ORS, URS and MCP. - Pulse and MI knowledge on Genesys.- Looking for Genesys Cloud Consultants- Need to have an understanding of configuring Genesys PureCloud, PureCloud BYOC Cloud- Exp on developing flows using Genesys Architect- Deep functional and technical understanding of APIs and related integration with external NLU services- Functional and technical understanding of building API based integrations with Salesforce, MS Dynamics etcExperience : - 1 to 4 years of design and application experience implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Routing Ige/PureCloud suite.- Functional and hands on experience on Voice and Non-Voice(SMS, Email, Chat etc)applications solutioning using Interaction Designer/Interaction Attendant, Genesys Composer- Experience in Genesys Infrastructure (including but not limited to PureConnect IC, Media Server, Reporting, WFM, Dialer, Genesys WFM, PureConnect ISR/TTS, Interaction Feedback, Interaction Analyzer)- Experience in leveraging Genesys product solution to automate customer service processes like Task Routing, Interaction, CTI, Reporting.- Implementing Genesys Interaction Connect or Genesys Desktop or CRM (SAP, Salesforce) integrated Desktop- Experience in Web Integrated Orchestration applications integrating with AI (ref:hirist.tech)
