Job Responsibilities: Guiding Patent drafting and filing team; Patent Drafting and Prosecution for US and India applications in software and electronics domains; Conducting Hearings/Examiner Interviews with the Patent Office; Reviewing drafting work done by the team members; Extracting Patentable ideas by doing Invention Mining; Training team members on patent drafting skills; Crafting IP strategy for the clients; Maintaining Client Relationships; IP Portfolio Management and Development; Expanding the team; Advising clients on Foreign Filings;
Experience: 6 to 9 years with B.tech or M. Tech in CS/IT/ENTC/Electronics and Patent Agent.
