Job description

Position: Sr Manager IR

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sr Manager IR, who will be responsible to handle end to end IR responsibilities at the Unit level including employee grievances, Conflicts, all Compliance and Legal related issues of the organization. He should be well versed with relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance. Responsibilities: 

·         Responsible for the handle employee grievances, and conflicts in a timely and fair manner.

·         Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.

·         Responsible as a representative of the company in meetings to facilitate dispute resolution

·         Responsible for investigate and resolve workplace disputes, disciplinary issues, and other conflicts.

·         Handle all Compliance and Legal related issues of the organization.

·         Responsible for the Managing of governmental website and accounts.

·         Handle all disputes if arise cases on Govt. Office, (Local Police, Distt. Court, Labour Office/ Court )
