Position Title Senior Associate

Experience Level 5-8 years.

Position reports to Assistant Director

Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for securing definitive/target-based revenue and expanding the current client portfolio of the division by:

  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base - within existing clients and new clients.
  • Intelligence gathering & analysis of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run high quality enterprise sales cycles which includes: -
    • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through monthly/quarterly business review calls coupled with roadshow within markets alongside Sales & Marketing team and convert these leads into active revenue pipeline.
    • Representing company at industry events and conferences and taking up the speaking opportunities and delivering world class content.
    • Short term and long term KRAs: - Develop key business insights from existing account level information and implement multiple sustainable strategies for each of the regional business unit.
    • Detailed analysis of business pipeline via RFP analysis and live project data across teams.
    • Strengthen existing client relationships / build new relationships and advocate company with the client organizations at the executive level.
    • Identify cross selling opportunities (across regional relationships).
    • Able to lead and prepare draft proposals and RFP/RFQ replies.
    • Responsible for preparing and updating marketing collaterals and decks.
  • Own revenue quota to be attained by selling to new client accounts and by leveraging one's earlier relationships for selling high value-added services to market research services firms including: -
    • Market Research Firms - Primary Research Agencies
    • Strategic/Competitor Secondary Research
    • Consulting Firms
    • Marketing Firms
    • Other services (Data Science, Marketing etc.)
Key Competencies: -

  • Graduate and / or above with a demonstrated record of success in leadership role(s)
  • Minimum 10--12 years in Market Research or KPO – selling end-to-end Market Research / Survey solutions (experience in selling online Panel would be a plus but not mandatory) to corporates and research agencies.
  • Designing project roadmap for to achieve Client research objective.
  • Survey Programming and Data Processing
  • Range of data collection services e.g., Cawi / Online Surveys
  • Analytics
  • Experience in delegating, managing, and influencing teams and individuals towards strong client service delivery.
  • Excellent People Management, Team management and Client management skills
  • Fluent in business communication, English speaking, reading, and writing, preferably with US accent.
  • Proficient in using computer and MS Office and MS Outlook
  • A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
  • Proactive / Self-starter, Highly Motivated.
