Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Intern role located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting HR Management and HR Policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Daily tasks include creating, updating, and maintaining employee records, assisting in performance management and HR compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources, HR Management, HR Policies, and Personnel Management
- Understanding of Employee Benefits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employment
Preference will be given to those who have experience with HR Information Systems and Recruitment. A Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is also a plus.
