Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Engineer/ PLC Programmer. The Automation Engineer/ PLC Programmer will be responsible for troubleshooting, process control, electrical engineering, automation, and robotics.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and process control
• Strong background in electrical engineering
• Expertise in automation and robotics
• Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

1. PLC, HMI.(Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi)

2. SCADA (Zenon)

3. MS Office 2016.

4. Operating Systems: Windows (XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10).

SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE EXPOSURE IN INDUSTRY:

 PLC: Allen Bradley:-RsLogix500,Rslogix5000,Studio 5000 V29,V30 & V32,

CCW V11,V12,V13 & V20.

Siemens:- TIA V13,TIA V14

 VFD: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, SEW, ABB.

 HMI: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Proface, Beijer.

 Third Party Interface: Printer, Scanner, Weighing Indicator etc

 IPC: Advantech, contec.

COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS:

 Ethernet/IP.

 Profinet

 DeviceNet.

 Serial.

 Modbus RTU

 Modbus TCP

• WORK
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, EthernetIP, and Profibus
• Hands-on experience with HMI (Human Machine Interface) programming
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Minimum Experience:3 years
