Job description
- Support hiring and onboarding and ensuring that new hires have a great experience.
- Manage HR transactions to be completed in the HRIS system such as new hire/termination information, personal data, employee files, compensation, benefits, personnel action changes
- Leads HR administrative onboarding activities for new joiners including: preparing various types of offer letters and employment related agreements, business ID badges, background checks and submitting new requests and adding new hire details into the system.
- SPOC for general HR-related queries of the employees and leaders.
- Preparing and sending reports and dashboards on weekly and monthly bases to the respective stakeholders
- Administers India employees time-off balances and policies including leave absence programs
- Updating headcount reports to assist with IT asset management.
- Assisting with open enrollment and daily benefit and employee program administration.

Key Responsibility Areas
- Act as first point of contact for employees and managers who contacts HR with general inquiries around a breadth of HR related areas
- Manage HR transactions to be completed in the HRIS system such as new hire/termination information, personal data, compensation, benefits, personnel action changes
- Coordinate and induct new hires including leading new hire paperwork, onboarding activities and database management
- Complete verification of employment and completion letters
- Complete employee relation letters from templates
- Health/life insurance registration facilitation
- Drafting Offer/appointment Letters, Employment Contracts etc from templates
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Work on other assignments as required by Manager HR
- Ability to work independently
