Job Description
- Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Allocate resources, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders.
- Product Development:
- Work closely with product managers and development teams to define product requirements.
- Coordinate the development and release of IT products or software.
- Ensure adherence to product development schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct product testing and quality assurance activities.
- Gather and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Process Management:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the IT department.
- Implement and document best practices and standardized processes.
- Monitor and analyze IT workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of IT projects, products, and processes.
- Generate reports on project progress, product performance, and process improvements.
- Prepare documentation for IT policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Masters in Science (particularly Physics/Chemistry)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication (both verbal & Written) and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle different teams
