Job description
Victoria Realtors is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Contract Manager to oversee residential construction projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and select qualified contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for residential construction projects
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors and vendors, ensuring clear deliverables and timelines
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, fostering a collaborative and communicative environment
- Monitor and evaluate contractor performance, including adherence to project schedules, compliance with safety regulations, and quality of workmanship
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that project designs, specifications, and requirements are effectively conveyed to contractors
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or delays in construction progress, working with contractors to find timely solutions
- Manage project budgets and control costs by monitoring contractor expenses, change orders, and resource allocation
- Oversee the documentation of contractor activities, progress reports, and project milestones

Requirements
B tech/BE Civil graduation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and handling team of contractors in residential projects.
- Should have experience in managing minimum 10 engineers & coordinating 10 contractors in a specific company.
- Ready to travel to multiple projects across different districts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Job location - Thrissur/Palakkad
