POSITIONS:

Area Manager/ Regional Manager

Salary Package –

As Per Company Norms (No bar for the right candidate)

Location –

Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, Mumbai, Pune, Bangluru

Key Responsibilities

.Spearhead sales in your zone- strategizing and driving business development plans.

.Sell with purpose - ability to empathize with administrators of schools and help them realize the impact of ERP.

· Generate leads and make cold calls and reference calls to arrange a meeting for discussion.

.Enthusiasm regarding pitching a differentiated ERP offering and partnering with schools

· Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.

. End-to-end ownership with action bias and 'get it done vs wait for perfection' attitude

.Entrepreneurial mindset in finding unique ways to achieve speed and scale

· Keep a close tab on the strategic moves made by the competitors.

· Maintain and manage records of sales, revenue, collections, invoices, and others.

· Build long-term associations with existing clients and prospects.

.Drive out-of-box/creative initiatives to conceptualize and close mega deals

. Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships

· Nurture the subordinates to turn into thorough professionals.

· Strategic relationships and partners with key industry players, agencies, and vendors

· Attend conferences, exhibitions, and fairs to promote the company's offerings.

· Develop new markets and regions to promote the products and services of the organization.

· Align personal goals with the vision and key objectives of the organization.

. Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

. Willing to travel and must possess two/four wheeler
