Job Overview:

The Associate Partner is a key role at OBA PR., a company specializing in public relations. This position focuses on sales, business development, and other solutions crucial to thwe business's success.

Key Responsibilities:

● Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and business opportunities. Analyze competitors' strategies and market positioning.

● Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

● Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

● Product and Service Promotion: Professionally represent the company's products and services. Conduct presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.

● Revenue Generation: Work consistently towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth through effective sales and business development activities.

● Reporting and Feedback: Regularly report to management on sales progress, potential challenges, and market insights. Provide feedback on client requirements to improve product/service offerings.

● Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, sales techniques, and business development strategies.

● Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute valuable insights.

● Compliance and Ethical Conduct: Adhere to all company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations. Ensure all business activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Consideration (Compensation):

● Initial payment of $1500 per calendar month + a 20% commission on 'Sales Closed' for the first 30 days.

● From the 31st day, the payment will be the higher of [$2000] or [$1000 + 20% of Sales Closed for the calendar month].
