Role: Platforms Specialist Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Chennai Schedule: 12-9 PM Working Model: Hybrid
Intro: As a Platforms Specialist at Intertrust Group, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining our platforms. Your technical proficiency in platform management, Nutanix, ITIL, and system performance will be instrumental in ensuring a reliable and high-performance platform experience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to our mission of delivering a seamless and consistent platform experience. Some of the things you’ll be doing: Administer, optimize, and maintain the platform infrastructure, including Nutanix systems. Implement and follow ITIL best practices in platform management. Collaborate with business units to understand their platform requirements and provide tailored solutions. Monitor and respond to platform-related issues to ensure uninterrupted services and minimize downtime. Conduct regular performance assessments, maintenance, and updates of platform systems. Stay updated with emerging platform technologies and industry best practices. Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams on platform-related matters. What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience 8+ years in platform management, Nutanix, ITIL practices, and delivering a consistent and seamless platform experience. Strong technical background in platform infrastructure, Nutanix systems, and ITIL framework. Familiarity with platform security, performance optimization, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse business units and teams. Relevant certifications such as Nutanix certifications, ITIL certifications, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.Job tags
