Job description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products. Coordinate with team for different kind of data, reports, KRA calculation, business projection, % achievement against their quota. - Do the KRA calculation for sales team. Coordinate with finance and HR team for the same. - Do the full and final settlement of sales team, who are left the organization. - Help team in resolving their KRA related issues. - Help in setting up the yearly targets, payout policy and distributing the quota among team members. - Perform billing related tasks like: o change the sales managers in billing system o create new users in billing o sharing the collection report with team o sharing unpaid invoice list with team o sharing invoice generated list with team o assign sales manager H/F o find out the total revenue by client, region, sales manager o share and analyses the closed clients in the system o maintain the new client details by region, product - Coordinate with development team in case of any report change request. Analysis form for Order, Documents and proof of concept. Maintaining the ORDER book. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED - The ability to analyses, model and interpret data - A methodical and logical approach - MS Excel is must - Team working skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - In depth knowledge of Word, Excel, MIS reports and Charts. - Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative - demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize - Excellent time management - Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS BCom MBA EXPERIENCE - Must have working experience for min 1-2 years.
