Job description
Responsibilities:
✨ Build Practice Excellence: Establish processes, procedures, and templates for pre-sales through delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
✨ Client Relationship Management: Manage and build client relationships from project inception to post-implementation. Handle project or account escalations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
✨ Team Leadership: Mentor and coach consultants and project managers. Hire, train, and manage staff for project delivery, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
✨ Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including account managers, sales, support, success, product engineering, and product management. Ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results.
✨ Project Oversight: Monitor on-site and remote activities, review project updates, and communicate escalations or risks to Regional PS Leaders. Plan and manage services project/portfolio schedules and budgets.
Requirements:
???? Experience: 3-5 years in managing SaaS implementation/deployment in a portfolio leadership role.
???? Relationship Management: Proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable customer relationships.
???? Project Management: Experience in project execution, risk management, and achieving project objectives within budget.
???? Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Extra Dose of Awesome If You Have:
???? Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management practices.
???? Technical Degree preferred, Computer Science degree a plus.
???? Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
???? Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), MS Project, Smartsheet, Kantata, or other PSA.
???? Pre-sales support experience.
