Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu

Shift & Schedule: Night Shift
Role Summary:
As a US IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing IT professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions with our clients in the United States. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the US IT recruitment process.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sourcing activities using various platforms (e.g., job boards, networking sites, social media) to identify qualified candidates for IT positions.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current IT trends and technologies to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.
- Foster and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process and beyond.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver timely and effective staffing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to US IT recruitment.
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the teams success.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to management and clients on recruitment activities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), Science (B.Sc/M.Sc in CS or IT), or Engineering (B.E/B.Tech in ECE, EEE, CSE, IT).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in US IT recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of technical terms and IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools.
