Job Overview

Seeking an experienced candidate as HR Executive for herbal healthcare and personal care industry based in Ludhiana. An HR Executive is responsible for managing a companys human resources. The ideal candidate will screen and recruit the employees and manage administration and recordkeeping.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and update job descriptions
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Managing recruitment end to end process
• Interview candidates (via phone and inperson)
• Handling of administration and recordkeeping

Job Requirements:

• Any Graduate
• Having 2 3 years Experience in HR
• Excellent communication skill in English (Verbal & Written)
• Computer Knowledge (MSExcel Word & Outlook)
• Preferred Female Candidate
