Turno is a young company that is looking to disrupt the commercial EV marketplace. We are an online retailer of EV that offers an end-to-end lifecycle service to the customer. Starting with providing the right vehicle recommendation basis the unique business requirements, to facilitating loans for ease of purchase and post-sales service through the vehicle-buyback offer. Through our advanced tech capabilities we are reducing friction in a sales process that normally takes 4-8 weeks to complete. This company was born with the intent to solve only the most unique of customer problems. Obsessing about building customer value is our regular lunch conversations. We are a small and motivated bunch of believers that are taking on the entire might of established legacy brands in their own turf.

The brand manager will be the key player in the team responsible to communicate how we can change our customer's lives. You are expected to be multi-faceted and prepared to wear as many hats as possible. You are expected to be the owner of the marketing functions as well as the voice of the customer within the company. You have strong emotional intelligence and can

stand your ground on your convictions. Between a diverse team of technocrats and hard-nosed sales folks, you are the person who gets stuff done. You're not afraid to lead the hunting pack and come back home with the kill.

Seeking candidates who are change agents with a strong internal compass for excellence. The candidate is expected to take ownership of the entire customer journey with an eye on digital marketing investments. We are looking for solid generalists that have a fundamental understanding of performance marketing channels and can balance business growth.

About the role:

• Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with our business objectives. This involves striking a balance between long-term and mid-term scaling, as well as quick wins to meet targets effectively.
• Full-Funnel Campaigns: Create and manage end-to-end FB/ Google/ Linkedin/ affilate campaigns to boost sales growth. These campaigns may encompass user journey optimizations, retention strategies, chat marketing and referral marketing.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to evaluate platform performance, trader behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to identify growth opportunities and patterns.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Drive growth decisions based on quantitative results, A/B testing, and qualitative research. Leverage customer insights to inform strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Must be highly indexed while working closely with cross-functional teams, including content, product and tech, to execute growth initiatives effectively
• Consumer Insight Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in comprehending consumer behavior and the mindset of traders. You'll be delving into the minds of our users to shape effective growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing
• 3-8 years of performance marketing experience.
• Strong general management capabilities and ability to engage with product and sales teams
• Preference to candidates who have worked in 0-1 startups
• Not afraid to fail. But always ready to learn!
