Position: Quality Analyst
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in International Voice Calling Experience and Must be Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct detailed quality assessments on international voice calls to ensure compliance with established standards.
✅ Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members for continuous improvement.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
✅ Contribute to the development and enhancement of quality assurance processes.
✅ Maintain accurate records of quality assessments and performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in International Voice Calling.
Proven track record in quality assurance and process improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
Work Mode:-
Job Location: Hyderabad, 'Two way cab services'Â
It is a Work From Office role, (Five days working, Rotational shifts and Week off's)
