Job Title: CTO/Technical Co-Founder
Company: Local Community Building Platform (Recognized by Startup India)
Responsibilities:
Act as the technical leader of the company, responsible for all technical aspects of the platform
Help define and execute the company's technical strategy
Work closely with the CEO to ensure that the product vision aligns with the technical capabilities of the company
Lead the development team and manage the day-to-day technical operations of the company
Act as a full-stack developer, working on both front-end and back-end development
Handle all tech responsibilities
Be a startup enthusiast and have previous startup experience
Requirements:
Strong experience with Flutter, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS
Strong experience with full-stack development
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a development team
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with non-technical team members
Startup experience is a plus
Passion for building innovative products and a strong desire to be part of a fast-paced startup environment
