JD FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT:

1. Inquiry System handling and Usage
2. Quotation System, Create Quotation.
3. Special Price Request / Special Price Information.
4. Global Sample Request.
5. Spirit System – Inquiry.
6. Sales Order Handling – Order Entry/Input; Order Amendment/ Backlog Changes; Sales Order/Backlog Inquiries; Schedule Expedition; Order Cancellation.
7. Shipment Handling – Stock Allocation / Reallocation; Pick note.
8. Stock Handling – Stock Movement.
9. Liaison with Customer and other affiliates.
10. Other Assignments as assigned by the Manager.
