Job description

Handle telephonic , online and walk in inquiries and assist the clients with their
queries as per the set protocols
Educate the client on AHS as a brand and collect required information from the
client to book an appointment
Convert all inquiries into consultation appointment and make sure no lead goes
wasted
Complete daily follow up from CRM: must make required number of follow up
calls and book appointments
Achieve the Studio consultation target on a monthly basis by closely working with
Front Desk Manager, Studio Manager, Contact Center and HOD. 

Welcome the walk-in clients / existing clients with a warm smile and appropriate
greetings
Escort them to specific areas as necessary
Manage existing client appointments by proper coordination with respective
departments
To be present at Front Desk until the last Client leaves the Studio: Be it a
Consultation or an existing client service appointment

Operations

Coordinate with Studio Manager and Consultant to assign consultations
Issuance of payment receipt and invoice generation
Handle cash on a daily basis with accurate coordination with Accounts
Prepare and send reports as per the requirement defined
Actively participate in various events/ outdoor activities to increase the
consultations/revenue of the studio as an when required
Submit personal mobile phone / phones during working hours without fail

Data Management

Feed client information in CRM, complete the follow up list on a daily basis and
track client profiles by putting accurate remarks
Track the consultation summary on a daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis

Brand Image

Follow the Grooming Standards of AHS to represent the world's largest Hair
Restoration & Re-growth organization
Create a remarkable experience for clients each time you encounter them.
